Product Designer II - Remote

Overview

The Product Designer II will work across the full suite of brands, mentor other designers, and help evolve our enterprise design system. Individual responsibility is very high, but impact and reward are huge.

In Short

• Embed with cross-functional teams to identify user and business opportunities informed by insights.
• Translate insights into user-centered design solutions through sketches, wireframes, and prototypes.
• Design across UI, visual, and interaction layers for responsive and accessible experiences.
• Partner with engineers to ensure designs are feasible and well-executed.
• Conduct UX research to validate concepts and iterate based on feedback.
• Advocate for continuous product iteration leveraging new insights.
• Contribute to and maintain design systems for consistency and efficiency.
• Present design rationale clearly to stakeholders and teammates.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in graphic design, interaction design, or related discipline.
• 2-5 years of professional experience in product design or UI/UX design roles.
