The Legal Market Sales Manager will lead performance across two specialist sales pods in a dynamic, fast-growing company, driving growth in the commercial real estate and residential conveyancing markets.

Requirements

  • Experience in sales leadership, preferably in legal or property sectors.
  • Strong track record of managing and developing sales teams.
  • Deep understanding of commercial and residential legal markets.
  • Ability to engage with senior stakeholders effectively.
  • Commercially astute with strategic execution capabilities.
  • Proficient in using CRM systems and performance metrics.
