Logistics Coordinator - Remote

Overview

The Logistics Coordinator is responsible for coordinating freight loads for all outbound and inbound shipments throughout LGH locations nationwide while maintaining focus on process efficiency and cost reduction.

In Short

• Book and oversee the full freight process for shipments.
• Create purchase orders and verify accuracy.
• Provide daily confirmation of shipments with customers and vendors.
• Communicate freight load numbers as needed.
• Utilize the best freight methods to reduce costs.
• Coordinate with the Rental Desk for scheduled shipments.
• Monitor the Returns Report daily.
• Address freight requests and updates in a timely manner.
• Perform other assigned duties.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous logistics experience preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to manage stress effectively.
