The Inside Sales Executive will help libraries utilize technology for data-driven decisions, engaging in outbound calls and maintaining customer relationships.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required
• At least one year of telesales experience
• Experience with CRM systems, preferably Salesforce
• Proven ability in a metrics-driven sales environment
• Library operational or sales experience
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to bond with prospects
• Organized and process-oriented
• Self-starter
• Proven writing and presentation skills
