Overview

The Claims Associate will support the P&C Claims Department at Liberty Company Insurance Brokers, ensuring the smooth handling of claims and delivering exceptional service.

In Short

  • Review and report claims to insurance carriers.
  • Manage claim intake via department inbox and systems.
  • Gather documentation for Notices of Loss.
  • Confirm submissions and share details with stakeholders.
  • Update claims systems and maintain logs.
  • Assist with claims reviews and data reporting.
  • Support Claims Advocates and Data Analysts.

Requirements

  • 2+ years’ experience in insurance, legal, customer service, or administrative roles.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office.
  • Self-motivated, highly organized, and reliable.
  • Able to work independently and in a team setting.
  • Preferred: Located in the Pacific Time Zone or available to work PST hours.
