Senior Lawyer - Remote

Overview

We are seeking a Senior Lawyer to support global operations, draft and review contracts, manage legal risks, and handle regulatory and pre-litigation matters across multiple jurisdictions.

In Short

• Provide legal support for international operations and ensure compliance across multiple jurisdictions
• Draft, review, and negotiate various commercial agreements (PSP, SaaS, leases, employment, marketing, services)
• Advise on legal risks, commercial strategies, and regulatory implications
• Handle client complaints, regulatory inquiries, and assist in reputation protection efforts
• Respond to official requests from regulators and authorities in coordination with Compliance
• Collaborate with internal teams (HR, Marketing, Product, IT) on legal matters and special projects

Requirements

• Law degree and relevant legal experience
• Strong understanding of international law and regulations
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
• Experience in fintech or trading industry is a plus
