Overview

The Quoting Executive will manage and complete inquiries from various channels, ensuring exceptional customer service and compliance with regulations.

• Generate and manage quotations for LGC catalog products.
• Respond to customer inquiries regarding pricing and order processing.
• Work closely with account managers and inside sales.
• Ensure compliance with controlled substance orders.
• Track and report on customer support performance metrics.
• Promote LGC-manufactured products in quotation requests.
• Communicate professionally with customers via various channels.
• Maintain accurate customer and order records in IFS ERP.
• Ensure compliance with supply chain processes.
• Promote the LGC Web-shop for customer engagement.

Requirements

• Sales-focused attitude with understanding of quoting and order processing.
• Experience in sales, customer service, or quoting environment.
• Familiarity with CRM and ERP systems, especially IFS.
• Knowledge of pharmaceutical, biotech, and industrial sectors.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
• High level of computer literacy, including Microsoft Office Suite.
• Customer-focused approach.
• Ability to work as part of a team.
• Interest in Chemistry or Science is an advantage.
• Willingness to learn and participate in training programs.
