Overview

As the People Operations & HRIS Specialist, you will be the go-to expert for Dayforce and a key driver of operational excellence across the entire employee lifecycle, streamlining workflows and ensuring data integrity.

In Short

• Manage HRIS (Dayforce) configuration and optimization.
• Ensure data accuracy and compliance across HR modules.
• Support operational processes for the employee lifecycle.
• Collaborate with HR, IT, and legal teams.
• Maintain sensitive employee data with discretion.

• Contribute to audits and policy documentation.
• 5–7 years of HRIS or People Operations experience required.
• Hands-on experience with Ceridian Dayforce preferred.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills essential.

• 5–7 years of experience in People Operations and/or HRIS administration.
• Hands-on experience with Ceridian Dayforce.
• Experience with onboarding and offboarding processes.
• Attention to detail and data accuracy.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills.
• Comfortable working across time zones.
