ML/AI Engineer - Remote

Lettria is looking for a passionate and autonomous ML/AI Engineer to join our collaborative team, working on cutting-edge Generative AI and Retrieval-Augmented Generation systems.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience with Python.
• Strong analytical and mathematical mindset.
• Experience or curiosity in Generative AI and RAG pipelines.
• Ability to transition from research to production code.
• Degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or related field.
• Clear communication style.
• Knowledge of Knowledge Graphs (Neo4j, AWS Neptune) is a plus.
• Familiarity with vector databases (Qdrant, Pinecone) is a plus.
• Experience with OCR or document analysis is a plus.
• Exposure to AWS, MLOps, or LLM fine-tuning is a plus.
