Overview

The Security and Compliance Administrator will lead and implement secure collaboration practices across Microsoft 365 environments, focusing on platform security and compliance readiness.

Requirements

• 5+ years total experience in IT or security-related roles.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 security administration.
• Familiarity with compliance frameworks.
• Working knowledge of Power Automate and identity & access management.
• Strong written communication skills for security documentation.
• One or more security certifications (e.g., CompTIA Security+).
• Preferred experience with Azure AD Conditional Access.
• Exposure to Egnyte and PowerShell is a plus.
• Demonstrated integrity and respect for data protection.
