In Short

• Preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements according to IFRS, HGB, and tax law.
• Conducting monthly reporting to group accounting.
• Determining and evaluating balance sheet items according to national and international accounting standards.
• Clarifying discrepancies and reconciliation accounts.
• Tax calculation and determination of deferred taxes.
• Collaboration with auditors.
• Preparation of the HGB audit report.
• Optimization and further development of existing processes in accounting.
• Conducting external notifications (e.g., Bundesbank notifications).
• VAT verifications, preparation of VAT annual returns, refund requests, and VAT advance returns.
• Support in liquidity planning.
• Booking of factoring, payments, and recurring entries.

Requirements

• Completed commercial training with a successful qualification as an accountant (m/f/d).
• Relevant professional experience in accounting according to HGB and IFRS.
• Good English skills, both written and spoken.
• Proficient in MS Office.
• Independent and structured working style.
• Team player, flexible, and resilient.
