We are looking for a driven and versatile Growth Marketing Manager to scale Leonardo.Ai’s marketing engine across influencer, performance, and event marketing.

In Short

• Manage influencer campaigns end to end across multiple platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok).
• Lead daily operations and optimisation of paid media campaigns across various platforms.
• Support event strategy and execution, spanning internal, external, and partner-led initiatives.
• Track and report on performance across influencer, paid media, and events.
• Hands-on experience in influencer and content creator marketing.
• Deep technical knowledge of paid media platforms, plus proficiency in GA4 and GTM.
• Strong project management and communication skills.
• Flexibility and eagerness to work across multiple marketing channels.
• Proactive and driven, always seeking opportunities to scale and grow results.
• Contribute to monthly and quarterly performance reports and leadership presentations.

• Proficient in data analysis and reporting.

• Experience in a tech startup environment is a plus.
