Overview

The Customer Care Specialist will provide high-level customer support for the SAT and PSAT assessment program, handling inquiries from teachers, parents, and students in a remote call center environment.

  • Travel required 4-6 times a year
  • A college degree preferred

Requirements

  • Experience in K-12 educational technology or assessment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Effective planning and prioritization skills
  • Ability to influence and build relationships
  • Computer literacy
  • Ability to manage relationships with various stakeholders
  • Ability to use data to identify trends
  • Flexibility and adaptability
  • A college degree preferred
