Overview

The Senior Client Solutions Origination Team Manager plays a pivotal role within Lendi’s Customer and Sales function, overseeing the performance of Client Solutions Specialists and Approvals Teams who provide loan processing support to brokers.

In Short

• Responsible for the successful delivery of services to brokers.
• Lead and manage a team of Managers providing loan processing support.
• Partner with Distribution leaders to understand current and future needs.
• Build relationships with Lenders to stay informed on lodgement requirements.
• Create a highly engaged team measured by engagement surveys.
• Drive risk and control processes for efficiency and quality.
• Coach and mentor employees to drive performance and development.
• Manage resourcing and provide coverage support for operational continuity.
• Responsible for strategic project delivery in line with business objectives.
• Champion a growth mindset and implement process improvements.

Requirements

• 5 to 10 years of Australian Mortgage experience.
• 3 years’ experience in a leadership capacity.
• Strong understanding of the Australian Mortgage Market.
• Extensive lending/broker/finance support experience.
• Proven track record of effective leadership and mentoring.
• Business/Commerce/Finance degree preferred.
• Self-motivated with a desire to exceed expectations.
• Excellent written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to operate in a fast-paced, evolving team environment.
• Exemplary stakeholder engagement and time management skills.
