We’re seeking professionals working in AI roles at established AI companies to coach students and early-career candidates looking to break into AI careers. Coaches help mentees prepare for recruiting through resume reviews, interview preparation, and guidance on navigating AI career paths. Ideal candidates work in AI-focused roles at leading companies and can provide practical insight into how candidates successfully break into competitive AI positions. Coaches set their own hours and rates, host sessions virtually, and partner with our team to deliver a high-quality coaching experience.
