As a Career Coach at Springboard, you will play a key role in helping students achieve their career goals in technical fields through personalized coaching.

In Short

• Provide 1:1 and group career coaching in a high-volume online environment.
• Respond to student career concerns and track their progress.
• Implement effective coaching strategies to enhance students' job search competitiveness.
• Support the development of career curricula and resources.
• Hold students accountable to placement rate goals.
• Attend training and meetings to stay updated on changes.
• Minimum availability of 12 to 25 hours per week.
• Work closely with a dynamic Career Success team.
• Knowledge of hiring processes in technical fields is essential.
• Must be empathetic and accountable in coaching.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in coaching or advising for technical job searches.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to balance multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Proficiency with technology and systems such as Hubspot and LMS.
• Track record of producing measurable results.
• Comfort with empathetic coaching.
• Knowledge of the hiring process in tech.
• Ability to build rapport with students.
• Willingness to learn new technologies.
• Attention to detail in recording student progress.
