We are looking for a dynamic Property Onboarding Consultant to join our dedicated team. In this role, you will be responsible for welcoming new hosts to our platform, ensuring a seamless and successful onboarding experience. In this fast-paced, target-driven role, you will be responsible for guiding hosts through the setup process, providing expert advice on optimising their listings and equipping them with the necessary tools to maximise their success. Your role will involve proactive communication, problem-solving, and relationship-building to ensure hosts feel confident and supported from day one.

In Short

• Manage the entire onboarding process for new property partners.
• Provide guidance on creating and optimising listings.
• Conduct training sessions for new hosts.
• Assist with updating profiles and property information.
• Write and optimise property listings.

• Collaborate with Sales and Customer Service teams.
