Overview

As a Sales Development Representative at Legartis, you will be responsible for generating qualified pipeline and engaging with senior stakeholders in the DACH region to create sales opportunities.

In Short

  • Generate qualified pipeline by booking meetings and creating sales-accepted opportunities.
  • Run outbound prospecting across multiple channels.
  • Research accounts and tailor messaging for enterprise buyers.
  • Qualify leads using clear criteria and ensure handover to AEs.
  • Collaborate closely with AEs on target lists and account plans.
  • Work with Marketing on campaigns and content that drives conversion.
  • Maintain excellent CRM hygiene.
  • Continuously improve outreach methods.

Requirements

  • Fluent in German and English.
  • 1–3+ years in SDR/BDR or similar target-driven roles.
  • Comfortable speaking with senior stakeholders.
  • Strong written communication skills.
  • Resilient and consistent in outreach efforts.
  • Structured approach to work.
  • Experience with CRM tools like HubSpot is a plus.
