In Short

Conduct comprehensive multi-jurisdictional research on laws and regulations related to contracts, leases, incorporations, and various legal documents.
Create templates that are enforceable across all 50 states and Washington, D.C.
Collaborate closely with our design and engineering teams.
Integrate documents into our platform.
Receive basic HTML training.
Support form generation and document testing.
Engage in other product development activities.

Requirements

Experience in contract law.
Strong research skills.
Ability to create enforceable legal documents.
Familiarity with legal tech platforms.
Basic knowledge of HTML is a plus.
