Overview

The Senior DC Investment Director will champion L&G Asset Management's DC investment products, focusing on client acquisition and retention while enhancing the market position through strategic relationships.

In Short

• Act as a key contact for Distribution teams on DC investment and ESG matters.
• Develop relationships with DC investment advisers to enhance LGIM’s capabilities.
• Represent L&G Asset Management at conferences and industry events.
• Support strategic client relationships and provide feedback on investment trends.
• Guide and mentor junior members of the DC Investment team.
• Drive DC-specific product development in collaboration with investment teams.
• Maintain knowledge of industry developments and market trends.
• Communicate complex investment ideas effectively to clients.

Requirements

• Excellent understanding of investments across asset classes.
• Deep knowledge of fund structures and governance.
• Experience in the DC market and provider landscape.
• Knowledge of ESG factors relevant to DC investments.
• Experience working with investment consultants and pension managers.
• Strong client communication and presentation skills.
• Able to simplify complex investment ideas for diverse audiences.
