As a Senior Java Developer at Devoteam, you will be responsible for designing, building, and maintaining efficient and reliable code while ensuring the best performance and quality of applications.

In Short

Flag technical debt and document areas for improvement.
Translate application storyboards into functional applications.
Design, build, and maintain efficient, reusable code.
Ensure application performance and responsiveness.
Facilitate early resolution of client issues.
Conduct code reviews and contribute to feature designs.
Identify bottlenecks and bugs, devising solutions.
Follow Agile Scrum development processes.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
5+ years of hands-on Java development experience.
Proficiency in Spring Boot and latest Java editions.
Strong knowledge of AWS and Microservices architecture.
Experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
Frontend experience with React.js or Angular is a plus.
Experience with NodeJs and PostgreSQL is a plus.
Solid grasp of security best practices for APIs.
Proficiency in Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Comfortable with DevOps practices.
Proficiency in English is mandatory.
