Overview

The Clinical Development Manager will manage the clinical governance and relationships team, providing comprehensive clinical expertise and leadership to support the Clinical Governance, Clinical Provider, and Vocational Rehabilitation strategies for Group Protection and IPB.

Requirements

• Must be an Occupational Therapist, Physiotherapist, or Registered General Nurse.
• In-depth knowledge of Protection products.
• Excellent market awareness of Group and Personal Protection products.
• Good understanding of medical conditions affecting work ability.
• Awareness of external rehabilitation services.
• Experience with audit and management processes.
• Extensive legislative and regulatory knowledge.
• Excellent communication and analytical skills.
• Strong claims assessment and vocational rehabilitation understanding.
