Marketing Data Scientist - Remote

Overview

We are looking for a Data Scientist focused on Marketing Analytics to elevate decision‑making for the Marketing org. You will own the end‑to‑end analytics workflow—from data engineering and statistical modeling to experimentation and dashboarding—turning complex data into insight‑rich narratives that move the business.

In Short

• Build, automate, and maintain self‑serve dashboards in Amplitude and Chargebee.
• Refine single‑touch attribution model into a multi‑touch attribution framework.
• Design and execute incrementality tests to quantify true lift of campaigns.
• Develop methodologies to measure the business impact of influencer programs.
• Translate insights into channel mix, budget allocation, and creative optimizations.
• Conduct analyses on customer cohorts and funnel friction points.
• Collaborate with Data Engineering to improve data pipelines and tracking accuracy.
• Communicate complex analyses to executives and democratize insights.

Requirements

• 5+ years in Marketing Analytics or similar role.
• Hands‑on expertise with Amplitude and Chargebee.
• Advanced SQL and data‑wrangling skills; proficiency in Python or R.
• Experience building and validating attribution models.
• Strong background in experimentation and incrementality testing methodologies.
• Ability to quantify influencer and organic social impact.
• Excellent storytelling and visualization skills.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Statistics, Economics, Computer Science, or related field.
• Open to work in US time.
