Overview

Lean Tech is seeking two IT Help Desk Technicians (L1) to enhance internal technical support for our U.S.-based client, ensuring timely and professional support for internal end-users.

In Short

  • Serve as the first point of contact for internal users via phone, email, and internal communication.
  • Create and triage tickets using GoToAssist for support calls.
  • Walk end-users through problem-solving processes.
  • Support Microsoft Outlook users with various issues.
  • Execute Microsoft Active Directory tasks.
  • Troubleshoot user issues using remote access tools.
  • Escalate tickets as needed.
  • Contribute to documentation efforts.
  • Participate in knowledge sharing and propose improvements.
  • Provide exceptional customer service.

Requirements

  • 1–2 years of experience in Help Desk or IT Support roles.
  • Understanding of Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office 365.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Active Directory.
  • Experience with remote support tools.
  • Experience with ticketing systems.
  • Ability to manage multiple incoming requests.
  • Strong spoken English skills.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Exposure to documentation creation (Plus).
  • CompTIA A+ certification (Plus).
