AI Product Manager Team Lead - Remote

Overview

We are building an AI LAB: Product Intelligence team, As the Product Intelligence Team Lead, you will be instrumental in building and scaling the leadtech's platforms. You will work across our entire technology stack to deliver a seamless and powerful user experience. Your mission? Ship high-impact AI features weekly, steer cross-functional teams through ambiguity, and translate research into tangible user value. The goal is to move fast.

In Short

• Product: Turn abstract research and emerging AI models into concrete product hypotheses
• AI working Knowledge: of latest AI Tools and Frameworks, and use cases.
• Team Leadership: Lead sprints with momentum and clarity: triage backlogs, unblock teams, drive decisions, Build a culture of autonomy and accountability: we ship fast, we measure, we learn.
• Rapidly Build Prototypes: using the best tools you're comfortable with using i.e TypeScript, Vite, and our Shadcn UI component library, and low code tools.
• Working with Leadtech Business units: Bridge product management, data, engineering, and executive teams around shared KPIs and user impact
• Integrate our platform with various external services and APIs, and handle incoming webhooks for processing asynchronous tasks
• Collaborate on the integration with our n8n-based workflow automation engine, helping to connect our backend with the AI agents that power our analyses
• Collaborate closely with product managers and AI specialists to translate complex requirements into robust, scalable features.
• Contribute to database schema design and write migrations for our PostgreSQL database.
• Collaborate with the team on application deployment and help maintain our cloud infrastructure on Google Cloud Platform.

Requirements

• Proven experience in product management and team leadership in AI or tech environments.
• Strong understanding of AI tools and frameworks.
• Experience with TypeScript and PostgreSQL.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms, particularly Google Cloud Platform.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
