Lead is a fintech building banking infrastructure for embedded financial products and services. We operate an FDIC-insured bank headquartered in Kansas City, Missouri. Additionally, we have offices in San Francisco, Sunnyvale, and New York City, where our technical, product, design, and legal teams operate.

• Lead Bank is seeking an Internal Audit Senior Manager.
• Establish and shape the IT audit program.
• Perform internal audit risk assessments.
• Coordinate and manage internal audits.
• Provide guidance on IT processes, risks, and controls.
• Collaborate with IT teams on risk management.
• Evaluate and ensure remediation of control deficiencies.
• Review system implementations for risk assessment.
• Assist in preparing executive presentations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field required.
• Minimum 7 years of IT auditing experience.
• Understanding of IT governance frameworks.
• Experience evaluating security and controls.
• Strong communication skills.
• Professional certifications required (CISA, CISSP, etc.).
• Experience with audit and compliance management tools preferred.
• Financial technology or banking experience preferred.
