Accounts Payable Processor - Remote

Overview

The Accounts Payable Processor is responsible for providing financial and administrative services to ensure efficient, timely, and accurate invoice processing of payable transactions, supporting the Wasserman business and clients.

In Short

• Timely and accurate processing of supplier invoices and credit notes.
• Review and code invoices accurately.
• Process personal and credit card expense claims.
• Create weekly supplier and employee personal expense payment runs.
• Reconcile supplier accounts and investigate discrepancies.
• Manage query ticketing system.
• Ensure compliance with relevant controls and audit standards.
• Identify process improvements and contribute to continuous improvement.
• Provide analytical and administrative support to the Finance department.
• Drive projects and efficiencies in line with continuous improvement programs.

Requirements

• Minimum of 12 months in Accounts Payable/Receivable or general finance.
• Excellent understanding of accounting procedures.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality with sensitive information.
• Experience in a fast-paced, evolving organization.
• Experience in a multi-national company or matrix environment.
