Continuous Improvement Intern (Summer 2025) - Remote

Overview

We are looking for a talented teammate to join our team as a Continuous Improvement Intern! This internship provides an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in process improvement within the energy efficiency industry.

In Short

• Assist in developing, reviewing, and updating Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and checklists.
• Collaborate with various departments to gather information and understand current processes.
• Ensure all SOPs and checklists are up-to-date and compliant with company standards.
• Conduct process audits to identify areas for improvement.
• Support the implementation of process improvements.
• Maintain organized documentation and records of all SOPs.
• Participate in continuous improvement meetings.
• Work full-time during the summer (June 9 – August 15).
• Located in the Greater Atlanta Area.
• Compensation of $20 - $24 per hour.

Requirements

• Active enrollment as a 3rd or 4th year pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree.
• Pursuing a degree in Business, Communications, English, Process Engineering, or related field.
• Availability to work full-time (40 hours per week) during the summer.
• Interest in the energy efficiency industry.
