Overview

The Project Manager (PM) leads key organization initiatives for Stanford Health Care, responsible for the coordination and completion of all aspects of project management on assigned projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• 5 years of relevant work experience in healthcare or academic medical centers.
• Experience in program management of complex projects.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite and project management software.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• PMP certification preferred.
• Familiarity with compliance and governance issues.
• Experience in budget management and process improvement.
• Ability to work independently and make sound decisions.
