Commercial Applications Analyst - Remote

Overview

The Commercial Applications Analyst will join the National Sales Enablement team at Labcorp, focusing on enhancing the Salesforce platform and related applications to improve user adoption and data quality.

In Short

• Work with end users and business leaders to enhance the Salesforce platform.
• Maintain the backlog of work for Salesforce and related applications.
• Collaborate with the scrum master and NSE team on project priorities.
• Utilize JIRA and project management tools for tracking changes.
• Gather and synthesize end user requirements for enhancements.
• Participate in acceptance testing for new features.
• Triage and resolve defects and bugs in the system.
• Contribute to technical documentation and training plans.
• Drive improvements in user experience and data quality.
• Engage in future phases of Salesforce implementation.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Multiple Salesforce certifications preferred.
• 5+ years of experience with Salesforce Sales/Service Cloud.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and in teams.
• Proven ability to learn and translate technical concepts.
