Requirements

• Hands-on experience running social or native ad campaigns across platforms like Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, Taboola, Outbrain, Revcontent, Mediago, or Liveintent.
• Proven ability to monitor and optimize campaign performance using data.
• Strong attention to detail with a focus on executional excellence.
• Ability to collaborate across functions in a remote work environment.
• Passion for performance marketing and a desire to grow.
• 2+ years of media buying or programmatic experience.
