• Prepare a comprehensive and accurate monthly invoicing reconciliation report.
• Process monthly invoices for assigned accounts with precision.
• Accurately apply all customer payments to the ERP system.
• Reduce delinquent DSO by 15% within the first six months.
• Resolve at least 95% of customer disputes within five business days.
• Experience with QuickBooks Online and advanced Excel functions.

Requirements

• At least two years of professional accounts receivable experience.
• Proficiency in QuickBooks Online and advanced Excel functions.
• Experience using tools like GSuite, Asana, and Slack.
• A minimum of an Associate’s degree in Accounting or a related field.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
