In Short

• Responsible for People & Culture Management from recruiting to contract management and personnel discussions.
• Organize monthly team events and our annual workation.
• Manage office operations to ensure a great first impression.
• Create offers and invoices, serving as the first point of contact for client inquiries.
• Handle preparatory accounting and support our tax office.
• Check payment receipts and booked hours in client projects.
• Collaborate with project management to improve internal workflows.
• Actively develop our team culture to create a supportive work environment.

Requirements

• Completed training or studies, or professional experience in a similar position, ideally in an agency.
• Fluent in German (native) and English.
• Passionate, demanding, empathetic, and meticulous.
• Strong organizational skills and service-oriented.
• Proficient in office software (Google Sheets, Google Docs, Google Slides).
