Entry Level Technician (Hybrid) - Remote

Overview

We are looking for a motivated and curious Entry Level Technician who has a strong interest in technology and is eager to learn. This is a great opportunity for someone early in their career who enjoys problem-solving, hands-on work, and developing technical skills.

In Short

• Support day-to-day technical operations.
• Assist with troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
• Perform routine inspections and testing of equipment.
• Document work performed and issues identified.
• Provide general support to technical teams.
• Learn and apply industry best practices.
• Stay current with new technologies.
• Work 30-33 hours per week, Monday to Friday.
• One day a week onsite with remote work or travel around MD.

• Ability to follow detailed instructions.
• Problem-solving skills.
• Experience with technology equipment is a plus.
