Overview

We are seeking an experienced Account Manager with a proven background in Command & Control Audio-Visual (AV) Sales to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of mission-critical environments such as command centers, control rooms, and operations centers, with the ability to provide AV and integrated technology solutions that meet the unique needs of government, defense, and enterprise clients.

In Short

• Develop and manage client relationships within the Command & Control AV market.
• Identify, qualify, and close new business opportunities.
• Collaborate with engineering and project teams to design AV solutions.
• Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to post-sales follow-up.
• Maintain strong product knowledge across leading AV manufacturers.
• Achieve or exceed assigned sales targets and margin goals.
• Stay informed of industry trends and emerging technologies.
• Attend trade shows and client meetings as required.
• Provide accurate sales forecasts to senior management.

Requirements

• Proven experience in AV sales and account management.
• Strong understanding of command centers and operations environments.

• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to travel 50-75% of the time.
• Experience with government and defense sectors is a plus.
