Marketing Systems Administrator - Remote

Overview

Lantern is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Marketing Systems Administrator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for administering and configuring all marketing-owned technologies, including both B2B and B2C tools. Currently, the focus will be on HubSpot, Outreach, Monday.com, and the integration of marketing technologies with other internal Lantern systems. Additionally, you will be a key player in evaluating and acquiring new marketing technologies, while ensuring seamless collaboration with cross-functional teams on technical projects and solutions.

In Short

• Administer, configure, and optimize the marketing technologies used by Lantern, including HubSpot.
• Implement and manage integrations between marketing technologies and other Lantern internal systems.
• Create and manage targeted lists based on segmentation parameters.
• Evaluate new marketing technologies and contribute to requirements gathering.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define technical requirements.
• Document and communicate system configurations and processes.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues within marketing technologies.
• Ensure data quality and consistency across all marketing platforms.
• Provide training and support to marketing teams on systems and tools.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in systems administration.
• Proven experience working with HubSpot or similar marketing CRM technologies.
• Experience with API integrations and managing connectors between systems.
• Strong understanding of systems data architecture.
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Excellent problem-solving skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.
