Overview

We’re hiring a Senior Technical Customer Engineer to accelerate developer success and de-risk enterprise adoption of LangChain. As a founding member of this team, you will act as a trusted technical advisor to our users, blending deep technical expertise with a passion for education and enablement. You will be instrumental in helping developers and enterprises realize the full potential of the LangChain platform.

In Short

  • Develop and deliver scalable frameworks to onboard new customers.
  • Lead hands-on onboarding engagements for enterprise customers.
  • Design and run interactive workshops and virtual training sessions.
  • Synthesize feedback to inform the product roadmap.
  • Partner with Sales and Deployed Engineering for enablement strategies.
  • Serve as a trusted technical advisor and LangChain expert.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in a technical, customer-facing role.
  • Proven software engineering experience with strong proficiency in Python.
  • Hands-on experience building and deploying applications using LangChain.
  • Ability to create high-quality technical content.
  • Exceptional presentation and communication skills.
  • A deep empathy for the developer experience.
  • Ability to operate independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • (Preferred) Experience designing and delivering technical training programs.
