Senior Engineering Manager - Remote

Overview

As an engineering manager for the Alignerr engineering team at Labelbox, you will lead and grow a team working on building a scalable platform that enables hiring, onboarding, billing/payment management of highly skilled individuals in specialized domains from across the world, to train and tutor AI.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field.
• 8+ years of work experience in full-stack development.
• 3+ years of leadership experience managing technical teams.
• Experience in project management and tools such as Jira.
• Experience with agile software development.
• Focus on testing and quality in software development.
• Extensive software design and architecture skills.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as TypeScript, Java, Python.
• Experience with cloud computing platforms.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
