Overview

In Short

  • Respond to incoming messages from students regarding course inquiries and technical issues.
  • Oversee live broadcasts of courses.
  • Communicate effectively with students about course content and registration procedures.
  • Act as a point of contact for instructors with questions.
  • Diagnose technical issues reported by students and provide detailed troubleshooting instructions.
  • Take responsibility for customer issues and proactively seek solutions.
  • Maintain detailed records of common issues and feedback for process improvements.
  • Collaborate closely with other departments to create a supportive network for students.
  • Share insights and feedback from customer interactions for product development.
  • Assist in the creation and modification of invoices for customers.
