• Gather and analyze business requirements for the development team
• Design, optimize, and track product metrics
• Configure ETL processes and perform data analysis

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Systems Analysis, or related field
• At least 5 years of experience as a Business or Systems Analyst
• Experience across the product launch cycle
• Advanced SQL skills and experience with PostgreSQL and MySQL
• Experience in ETL processes with tools like Apache Nifi or Talend
• Knowledge of Python and PySpark for data processing
• Experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS)
• Ability to develop and track product metrics
• Familiarity with digital marketing processes and KPIs
• Project management experience
