HR Working Student - Remote

Overview

Working as a Working Student at KUNO offers you the opportunity to gain hands-on insights into the day-to-day HR operations of a growing HR and payroll agency. You will work closely with experienced HR managers and support our HR team in daily operations.

• Supporting administrative HR tasks across the employee life cycle
• Assisting with the creation and maintenance of HR documents and templates
• Supporting the maintenance of HR systems and data
• Assisting with preparatory and follow-up tasks in payroll

Requirements

• Initial practical experience in HR
• Interest in HR processes and administrative workflows
• Comfortable communicating in German and English (C1 level)
• Proactive mindset and positive attitude
• Ability to use pragmatism and personal responsibility
• Affinity for technology and eagerness to learn
