• Create high-converting ad creatives and articles based on real-time data, trends, and BI insights
• Perform ongoing market analysis to identify emerging trends and prepare for key sale events
• Hire, train, and manage freelance designers to scale content production
• Initiate new creative practices, formats, and strategies to unlock growth and performance
• Collaborate closely with BI, performance, and media buying teams

Requirements

• 2+ years of relevant experience
• Skilled with data platforms and AI tools
• Proven experience managing freelancers or remote creators
• Sharp analytical mindset
• A proactive, creative, and strategic thinker with attention to detail
• A team player with strong collaboration skills
• Fluent English (written and spoken)
• Basic design skills (e.g., Canva, Photoshop) – a plus
• Experience working with Amazon – a plus
• A deep understanding of eCommerce behavior is a strong advantage
