Requirements

• Degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Finance, or related fields.
• 1 to 2 years of experience in the financial sector.
• Knowledge of operational process management software.
• Experience with BPMN and Agile methodologies.
• Operational project management experience.
• Experience with workflow management tools.
• Strong focus on results and continuous improvement.
• Effective communication skills in local and international contexts.
• Languages: English B2 or higher; Spanish C1.
