In Short

• You will be responsible for the continuous optimization of our processes in customer engagement, service, and back office.
• Collaborate with colleagues from various departments to design and test new processes.
• Document new and existing processes and provide support for colleagues.
• Analyze data from existing business processes and create reports to support team objectives.
• Work with external partners to optimize or introduce processes in our systems.
• Define requirements for new software solutions and technologies.
• Potential for team leadership after onboarding.

Requirements

• Interest in innovation and challenging the status quo.
• Several years of experience in process management or optimization, ideally related to sales or customer service.
• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to understand and optimize complex processes.
• Excellent communication skills, adaptable to the audience's knowledge level.
• Strong self-organization and prioritization skills.
• Hands-on approach and willingness to assist beyond your immediate responsibilities.
• Fluent in German and proficient in English; another European language is a plus.
• Ready for remote work with a stable internet connection.
