Overview

As a UX/UI Designer at krisenchat, you will play a crucial role in shaping our digital products that help children, adolescents, and our counselors in mental health crisis situations.

In Short

Agile collaboration with psychologists, developers, and designers.
Trauma-informed design focused on young users and counselors.
Support the entire product lifecycle from research to usability tests.
Further development of design standards and maintenance of the Design System.
Create clear handoffs for developers.

Requirements

Degree in UX/UI Design, Interaction Design, or similar field.
1–2 years of experience in UX/UI design.
Familiarity with UX methodologies.
Proficient in Miro, Figma, FigJam.
Experience in the entire design cycle.
Comfortable with UX thinking and UI execution.
Clear communication of design decisions.
Team player valuing feedback and knowledge sharing.
Portfolio demonstrating design process required.

In response to the ongoing war in Ukraine, krisenchat has expanded its services to offer counseling in Ukrainian and Russian for individuals of all ages affected by the conflict. The organization focuses on crisis intervention rather than long-term therapy, offering empathetic support and practical resources to help individuals navigate their immediate challenges.
