Midlevel Community Manager - Remote

Overview

The Midlevel Community Manager will oversee volunteer management, support organizational processes, and facilitate community engagement through events and communication.

• Manage and oversee volunteers' activities and data structures.
• Serve as the point of contact for organizational topics.

Requirements

• Degree in Social Work, Psychology, Social Sciences, Communication Sciences, Business Administration, or related fields.
• Experience in community management or volunteer/network management is advantageous.
• Initial experience in project management and complex process organization.
• Excellent communication skills and enjoyment in working with people.
• Structured, reliable, and independent working style.
• Experience in building engagement and motivation within communities.
• Proficient with digital tools and platforms (e.g., Slack, Airtable, Google Workspace).
• Ideally, experience in event organization (online & offline).
