Community Manager - Remote

Overview

As a Community Manager at Hiry, you will be the main point of contact for candidates, ensuring smooth communication and engagement within the community.

In Short

• Act as the main point of contact for candidates across various platforms.
• Manage and moderate the Hiry Slack community.
• Share job opportunities and updates with the community.
• Welcome new members and help them understand the process.
• Answer candidate questions regarding roles and hiring processes.
• Follow up with candidates to maintain communication.
• Identify strong candidates and flag them to the Talent Acquisition team.
• Track candidate communication using Airtable / ClickUp.
• Coordinate with the Talent Acquisition team and Customer Success Manager.
• Help keep the community active and valuable for candidates.

Requirements

• Strong written and spoken English.
• Comfortable communicating through Slack, email, and calls.
• Friendly and approachable personality.
• Organized and able to manage multiple conversations.
• Experience in community management or similar roles is a plus.
• Comfortable working remotely in a fast-paced environment.
• Available during European business hours (CET).
