UI / UX Designer - Remote

Overview

This is a full-time, W-2 temporary position for up to 12 months, with the possibility of converting to a permanent role based on performance and business needs. As our UI/UX Designer, you will bridge the gap between complex software requirements and intuitive, meaningful digital experiences.

In Short

• Collaborate with product managers and engineers to gather user requirements.
• Map out the user journey through storyboards and process flows.
• Design intuitive UI elements and develop high-fidelity mockups.
• Create original graphic assets and refine designs based on feedback.
• Maintain and evolve the design language.
• Communicate effectively and manage complexity.
• Plan and align work with organizational goals.
• Conduct user research and usability testing.
• Experience in SaaS or complex workflow environments is preferred.
• Work in a fully distributed team with occasional travel.

Requirements

• 3+ years of UI/UX or Product Design experience.
• Advanced proficiency in Figma.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating user-centered design.
• Experience conducting user research.
• High empathy for end users.
