Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in SEO leadership, preferably in FinTech or Crypto.
• Deep expertise in technical and programmatic SEO.
• Advanced understanding of AI-driven search and semantic SEO.
• Proven success in influencing product and engineering teams.
• Strong analytical skills, fluent in GA4, GSC, and BI tools.
• Experience with international SEO and localization.
• Leadership experience in cross-functional environments.
• Familiarity with E-E-A-T frameworks and digital PR.
• Passion for crypto and decentralized finance.
