Senior Financial Analyst - Corporate Finance - Remote

Overview

As a Senior Financial Analyst for the Corporate Finance team at Kraken, you will drive financial planning, budgeting, reporting, forecasting, and analysis to support strategic decision-making.

In Short

• Assist with forecasting, budgeting, and long-range planning.
• Prepare management reporting and presentations.
• Track headcount and link to budgeting and forecasts.
• Participate in monthly finance leadership meetings.
• Work with the data team to validate outputs.
• Enhance understanding of business performance drivers.
• Identify and maintain key performance indicators.
• Partner with Treasury on liquidity management.
• Assist with ad hoc projects and analysis.
• Additional duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• 3-5+ years of experience in Investment Banking, Consulting, or Finance & Strategy.
• Strong financial/strategic analysis and modeling skills.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to distill complex information into actionable solutions.
• Comfort with metrics and large data sets.
• Ability to navigate ambiguous workstreams.
• Knowledge of financial markets and passion for cryptocurrency.
• Curiosity and self-motivation to understand decisions.
• SQL experience is a plus.
